We're Forgebyte, a small studio run by Ajay Kumar. We make websites and online tools that people actually find easy to use.

Before we build anything, we make sure we understand your business, your customers and your budget.

Sometimes those questions change the plan. Sometimes they save you months of work. Either way, your money goes on the right thing.

We don't have client reviews to show yet, so here's how we'd approach a typical request instead.

A clinic asks

“We need an app for appointments.”

  1. Who actually books?Patients, the front desk, or both — they need different screens.

  2. What goes wrong today?Double bookings, no-shows or long phone queues each need a different fix.

  3. Does it need to be an app?A booking link people open from WhatsApp may get more bookings than an app to download.

  4. What does the clinic need every morning?A correct list of the day's appointments, on the phone or computer they already use.

Common questions

How long will it take?

Most projects take between 3 and 12 weeks. You get a firm timeline in writing before any work starts.

How much does it cost?

Every project is priced on its own. You get a fixed price in writing, and it only changes if you change what you want built.

Who owns the website when it’s done?

You do. The site, the accounts and everything we make for you are handed over to you once the final payment is made.

Do I need to understand technology?

No. We explain everything in plain language and make the technical decisions with you, not at you.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send it over before our first call if you need one.

How will we keep in touch?

A weekly update with a link to see progress, plus email or WhatsApp in between.

You’re in India. What about time zones?

We work on India time (IST). That overlaps with UK and European mornings and US evenings, and we plan calls around your day.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a period of support after launch. After that, you can choose monthly care or run it yourselves with our handover notes.

What do you need from me?

One person who can make decisions, a little time each week to look at progress, and quick answers when we have questions.
